The first licensee of Princes Bridge Hotel was John. P Toohey, who founded the Standard Brewery in Sydney and the famous 'Tooheys' Beer. Y&J's was also the first pub to sell Fosters, Crown Lager and many other tasty drops and we are proud continue that beer pioneering tradition today!
